Peeling Machines
Different kinds of hot rolled steel bars are processed by peeling to achieve a very high dimensional tolerance (h8/9) while at the same time removing any decarburized layer, guaranteeing a 100% surface defect free final product.
Constituent part: main motor, feed and discharge shelf, feed roller, hydraulic pressure station, cabinet, electrical system, pneumatic system.
Loading and unloading of the machine can be automatic and manual, the feed size is controlled by electric.
